Terms and Conditions
1. Payement Terms are 1%, 10 Days - Net 30
2. All invoices are due and payable in USD, Houston, Harris County, Texas.
3. All quotations are vaild for 60 days, unless otherwise noted.
4. Quantity shipped on specials or made-to-order items may vary +/- 10% of ordered quantity.
5. Specials and made-to-order items, as well as modified and altered products are non-returnable.
6. Stock items returned for credit are subject to a restoking charge.
7. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#).
8. All claims for shortages and defective material must be made within 30 days of receipt.
9. Delta Fastener Corporation disclaims any resposibilty for design and/or engineering defects and hereby limits express or implied warranties to liabilty for replacment cost of product(s) supplied. No liability is assumed for parts re-workd, changed, modified, plated , ect.
10. Delta Fastener Corporation will not be held liable for any dimension(s), specification(s) or information omitted at the time of quotation. Delta Fastener Corproation will apply ANSI B18.3 specifications for the appropriate missing information.
